Demolishing Your Debt
Debt got you down? We'll show you how to analyze and take control of your debt situation!
So many of my acquaintances, clients, and friends struggle with debt. As I’m sure you know, it can be a gift and a curse, allowing us to afford things we otherwise couldn’t—but also sometimes getting us into trouble.
Worse, many people with debt aren’t sure how to go about paying it down.
We all know the vague rules about interest rates and making more than the minimum payments, but it can be challenging to figure out the best way to approach debt.
What should my strategy look like if my goal is reducing my monthly payments?
How does that change if I want to save money on interest over time?
Debt can seem like one big, expensive mystery.
In our Demolishing Your Debt module, we’ll cover all those questions and more.
We start with an understanding of debt basics, including the two primary types of debt and how interest rates work under each scenario.
Then, I share a wide variety of tactics for paying down debt. This includes both traditional methods such as the Avalanche and Snowball methods, as well as more creative ways such as balance transfers and personal loans.
Finally, I show you how to compile information about your own debt, get it in one place, and analyze which method might be right for you. We’ll close with an exercise that allows you to create your own debt action plan and check in with it on a monthly basis.
No matter your current skill level, our step-by-step course will give you the tools and resources you need to demolish your debt!
This course is divided into three sections, containing 12 videos, as well as a 25+ page workbook containing templates, video notes, and exercises, and other bonuses.
